Isaac S. Lew
Isaac Lew concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and intellectual property, including copyright and trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, licensing, and internet domain name disputes.
He represents the interests of e-commerce companies, service contractors, real estate developers and a variety of other businesses and professionals. Isaac also assists clients with commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, small and complex business disputes, condominium association litigation and foreclosures.
Isaac received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor for the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology. He was also a Teaching Assistant for the first-year legal research and writing course. Isaac also earned recognition on the Dean’s List for his academic performance, and served in various capacities for the Jewish Law Students Association and Hispanic/Latino Law Students Association. Isaac graduated from the University of Georgia, cum laude, earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in International Business and a minor in Spanish. Isaac is fluent in Spanish.
