Joshua Olin

Joshua Olin is an experienced trial attorney representing clients in commercial litigation matters. Joshua is a former Assistant State Attorney who received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Joshua was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Business Law Review, was selected as a Litigation Skills Fellow, and was the Richard D. Lapidus scholarship recipient.

After law school, Joshua worked as a prosecutor for 3 years at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he handled a wide array of both misdemeanor and felony cases. After his time at the State Attorney’s Office and prior to joining Egozi & Bennett, P.A., Joshua worked at a prominent full-service litigation firm. Aware of the fact that each client is different, Joshua takes pride in taking a narrowly tailored approach to all his cases.

When not at the office, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, Lilli, and their two dogs, enjoying the sun, collecting sports memorabilia, and learning as many new things as he can.
