Brian Roffman

Brian Roffman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation, representing the interests of real estate developers, lenders, creditors, service contractors and a variety of other businesses and professionals including, condo-hotel operators, internet service companies and video production companies. Brian also assists clients with commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, appellate practice, labor and employment matters, foreclosures, small and complex business disputes, condominium association litigation and has a background in family law.

Brian received his bachelor's degree and graduated cum laude from St. Mary's College of Maryland, and received his J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Brian received a scholarship award from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for his academic achievements, recognizing him as a top student in family law. Brian also co-authored an article published in the New Jersey Family Lawyer on Jewish Divorce. Prior to his work at Egozi & Bennett, Brian served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Bernadette DeCastro, New Jersey Superior Court Judge.
