Branden concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, representing the interests of real estate developers, creditors, service contractors and a variety of other businesses and professionals including, condo-hotel operators and commercial vendors. Branden also assists clients with the prosecution of commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, foreclosures, complex business disputes, and condominium association litigation.

Branden is a dedicated advocate with a strong educational foundation and a passion for law. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida before pursuing his law degree at Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Branden served as the Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Intellectual Property Law Society; was an active member of the Association of Business Law Students; and served as a law clerk to a financial technology corporation prior to joining Egozi & Bennett. His experience ensures that his clients receive diligent and honest representation, and he is driven to leverage his skills to provide effective solutions for his clients.
